I cannot recommend Seth and Renee enough. I was blown away at what Seth and Renee were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. They sold my house in just 4 days!

On a professional level they exceeded any and all of my expectations. They are a team that will work around the clock with buyers and sellers to get a job done. They thoroughly explain the process and do not cut corners. Furthermore, their high standards shine through in all aspects of their work.

On a personal level they are both very fun to work with. Having an agent is a relationship that requires trust and understanding, they bring these attributes to the table and do not disappoint.

We are savvy FSBO home sellers. We have had very bad experiences with realtors during the home buying/selling process complicating things with dishonesty and poor ethics. When we were initially approached by Seth and Renee we were very skeptical. Seth's approach was respectful, honest, and refreshing.

Although we continued as a FSBO for a while, we kept remembering our conversation with Seth. After about a month, we knew that we were not reaching our audience and reached out to Seth and Renee. Our home was priced well and sold in two weeks without fuss or pressure. The process went smoothly.

What I appreciated most, was their willingness to give us time. They are not in a rush, educating a buyer or seller takes time, which both Seth and Renee were willing to give. (less)

I found Seth and Renee in a roundabout way, I only wish I had found them sooner. They are both so great and very knowledgeable, they responded as soon as I called them and were more than willing to help me with whatever question I had. Selling our home has been one of the most stressful things I have done in my life, Seth and Renee have made me feel peace, so many of the realtors that we interviewed left me so stressed out it was unreal.

With Seth and Renee I have felt that they are on my side, they have not pushed me to go beyond what I feel comfortable with and have just guided me to make choices I feel good about by explaining to me the ins and outs of selling my home, so many realtors tried to coerce me into doing things their way which left me very frustrated. Not so with Seth and Renee . My only regret is that I did not know of them sooner. I would highly recommend them to everyone and instead of just one realtor you get 2 with a huge amount of knowledge and skill. (less)
